ex: I used to love Christmas because I believed in Santa Claus.

2. work overtime = 加班
ex: I have been working overtime for the past/last 2 months.

3. clock in = 打卡
clock out
ex: did you clock out today?
ex: I have to clock in every morning on time.

3. call in sick= 抱病
ex: If you don’t feel well tomorrow morning, you should call in sick.
ex: When I was young, I called in sick when I didn’t want to go to school.

4. skip work= 翘班
skip school= 翘学
skip class= 翘课
ex: I could never skip work because I would have 9 students waiting for me.
ex: I skipped school a lot when I was young.

We want to design something about Marie’s, we do a pop-up store, we will sell something in store, so we find some companies help we. Last week, my company organized an event about Christmas, the event name is “Who is your Santa?” We will do something for our loved ones, and we can’t tell him/her.

Today I got a gift, I think it’s Santa gave me, I don’t like it but I feel happy. It’s a drink. Last week our work is so busy, everyday we need to work overtime. We have to do something but the thing is useless.
