I come here to study English, I want to find a new job. I want to work in a foreign company, I want to change to another industry. In the state owned enterprise, your ability and technology is not the final factor if you want to move up, the main thing is your background and suck up to the boss . If a girl is married, they want to move up and promote, they will slept with the manager. I don’t like these environments and culture, so I want to go to foreign company, in these companies, the same things will be reduced. Because I have been working in the stated owned enterprise, I have never faced interviews from foreign companies.
