F2F Class Notes (Lily)[S]

For the CNY, I stayed at home for seven days. For half day, I had lunch with Judy. We ate a lot of food, which is very easy to get weight. We chatted for a short time. This is the only one time I went out during the CNY holiday. I prepared a 20 pages presentation at home for my boss. I think he said he will review the presentation with me on this Thursday. I just helped him to do it, no matter if it’s good or not. Maybe he will feel appreciated, I hope he could consider to raise my salary in May/ July.

Every morning, I help him to read his mails, it’s his job, but I help him to do that. Last year is my first year join the company, so I have no chance to raise the salary. This year is the second year, so I think it should be a very good opportunity for me. I think at the time, everyone’s salary should have been raised, but the difference is on the percentage. In general, maybe 5 %, if you have good performance, maybe 8-10%.
