Recently I have taken picture, I make a picture package for my son. Every year, I got reservation on photoshoot store, this year, the theme for the photoshoot is the “Republican period”. My husband and I will shoot together. After shooting this package, he will go to kindergarten to have his life, he needs to learn English, learning math, learn Chinese, play the piano. He has no time. Look back, maybe one day, he will say “thank you mami”.

4.1这一天是西方的愚人节，我一整天都在工作，当时我正在跟进的一个项目突然发生了紧急的事件需要赶往成都现场处理。事件紧急是因为正在开工的项目缺少政府的发布许可而突然被叫停（工程类广告位都必须通过政府部门的审核颁发许可才能属于合法存在）。中国境内不同地方的不同政策而不是统一的法律法规。在许多地方他们的政策最终解释权仍旧属于当地执法机关，即便办出许可仍旧不能够保证万无一失。所以，综上所述，我和我的公共关系同事一同前往成都去处理这个棘手的项目。与当地的一些官员进行一次会面，会面的结果是可以保留广告的位置但是需要根据政府的要求统一进行再次规划申请后才能继续项目的执行。

I’ve been working for the whole day on this Apr. fool’s day. I had to go to Chengdu to deal/handle with an emergency case that I was following up. The project is an billboard construction that must be approved by the local government departments before official launch of the the project can exist legally. However, we also have to consider the license issues because there are different policies in different places of China, they are not dependent on Conventional laws. In many places, the final interpretation belongs local enforcement departments. my PR colleagues and I who were negotiating with the local officials. (The negotiation result was to retain the requirements of the local development the project must make the new application after local re-planning.)
As a result of the meeting, we could reserve the location for the advertisement, but we must do so according to the requirements of the local government, we could only execute the project when we obtain the final approval.
