About one year ago, I decided to practiced ballet .I think it’s beautiful l when ballet dancer perform on the stage. Dancer can tell a story use body language for you. Originally, ballet is from Italy, I think it’s very elegant. Most of dancer looks very confidence. I thought maybe I can set confidence by practice ballet. The ballet is a science sport. You can build muscle and control your body better. To begin with it’s hard and painful for me,Because I must stretched body in every class. I couldn’t remember dance act, so I just danced a little.But I think if I keep dancing for a long time ,I will dance better.

Originally, ballet is from Italy, I think it’s very elegant. Most of the dancers look very confident. I thought maybe I could increase/ boost/ build my confidence by practicing /learning ballet. Ballet is a good sport. You can build muscle and control your body better. In the beginning, it was hard and painful for me, because I must stretch body in every class. I couldn’t remember the dancing movements, so I just danced a little. However, I think if I keep dancing for a long time ,I will dance better.
