This afternoon, I will have one on one meeting with global CFO, I haven’t prepared the topic. I’m trying to say something about the situation, observation about the company in recent years. My worry is that he is a French man, he has strong accent, I’m afraid I cannot catch what he says. This afternoon I will be very focus all the time. It’s very difficult to have the meeting/ free talk with senior management, if I speak up and have bold ideas, I have to think about if I should speak out or not.

During the recent few years, in my social circle, some of my friends lost their job, maybe they just got big money from the company and cannot find job opportunity. Especially for the female, it’s not very easy find a good job opportunity, during the age like me. Some of my friend lost their job, most of the cars is that they have a stable job in the industry, maybe don’t have the promotion opportunity, or didn’t develop themselves quite a lot, so could be just replaced. The economy in China is not as good as previous years, I’m very worried about that. Even though you are experienced, but fresh people can bring fresh mind. The young people can accept 996.

My worry is that he is a French man/ French, he has a strong accent, I’m afraid that I won’t understand what he says. This afternoon I will be very focused/alert at all the time. It’s very difficult to have a meeting/ free talk with senior management, if I speak up and have bold ideas, I have to think about if I should speak out or not/ deliver the message. 

During the recent few years, in my social circle, some of my friends lost their job, maybe they just got a big compensation from the company and cannot find another job opportunity. Especially for the females, it’s not very easy find a good job opportunity, especially for females around my age. Some of my friends lost their job, most of the cases is due to the lack of motivation in the job even though that they have a stable position in the industry, maybe don’t have the promotion opportunity, they didn’t develop themselves/acquire new skills quite a lot, so they could be just replaced easily by other competitions. The economy in China is not as good as previous years, I’m very worried about that. Even though you are experienced, but fresh people can bring fresh mind. The young people can accept 996 whereas the older generation needs more time to rest.
