1.tasting (noun)= 试菜
ex: Luke, would you like to come in for a tasting?

2. surrender (verb) = 投降
ex: I have to tap the mat if I wish to surrender.

3. fairy tale =童话
ex: Cinderella is a fairy tale.

4. predictable (adj)= you know what will happen
ex: Lion King was very predictable, you know Simba will not die and will save his mother.

Last night, I had dinner with 7 girl friends who didn’t knew each other. One part are my friends, and the other parts are my classmates. One of my friend find a new job for an ice-cream company which is an Italian brand: Dalltte. There was a new store was open several days ago. So my friend and I went to the ice-cream store and taste it for free.  That’s why we had a dinner.

At the beginning, it was a little bit weird, because they don’t know each other. However, because of hotpot, so they soon became familiar with each other. I think there’s no problem cannot be solved with a hotpot. When we had finished the dinner, I went to a cafe with two friends, then we talked about the age discrimination. We think people who are almost 30, especially women, they would become more anxious about their age. My friend always think they have to be married or be pregnant, because people say you are too old.
