1.work out (verb)= exercise in the gym 健身
ex: He said he never works out. 
ex: I used to work out two years ago.

2.tamper seal= 防启封条
ex: if the tamper seal is broken, then you shouldn’t use it.
ex: if the tamper seal is broken, it means it was used.

3. reality show= 真人秀
ex: Every time I watch reality shows, I think of the editors behind the scene.
ex: I don’t like reality shows because they have a script to follow.

4. blind date= 相亲
ex: My friend was on a blind date, and she married the man
ex: My mom has never arranged a blind date for me.

I know this word when I start to work. My first company is a 996, we do some videos on TV, we should always to do some edit in the evening. Some people will check our videos in the evening, so we wait them for feedbacks. I meet my husband in this company, he worked later than me everyday, because he made films. He has an experience that he was stay in the company for two months, never go back. After the film is finished, I told him to change his job. Maybe if you do some CG animation job, 996 is very normal. My current job will never 996. I knew a word 007, you work in midnight.
