Vocabulary

1.caf (cafeteria)= 食堂
ex: the cafeteria is on the third floor, you could buy ice-cream there.

2. DIY/ customize= 定制
ex: you could customize your own closet with IKEA PAX.
ex: In some restaurants, you could customize your cocktail drinks.

3. Initial= the first letter of your name and last name
ex: My name is Lily Ye, my initial is LY.
ex: Chloe’s initial is WY.

4. documentary= ji lu pian
ex: I like to watch BBC documentaries.

5. strategy= 策略 战略
ex: if you want to play chess well, you need a good strategy.

6. copycat= 跟屁虫
ex: all the other airlines copied CEA, they are such copycats!

7. mayor= 市长
ex: the mayor hired the director to film him.

8. hack (verb)= 刷机/ 黑进去
hacker= 黑客
ex: My friend could hack into your Wechat account.
ex: I don’t know any hackers, it would be scary to be friends with them.

It opened a new IKEA, i think it’s pretty small, i don’t know why people want to get in. I think IKEA like supermarket, they sell some really cheap stuff. The other stuff maybe a little bit more expensive than other store. That’s their strategy to attract people to go there. When I go to IKEA, i will buy some food and buy the cheap stuff.

There’s a new IKEA, i think it’s pretty small, i don’t know why people want to get in. I think IKEA is like a supermarket, they sell some really cheap stuffs. The other products may be a little bit more expensive than other stores. That’s their strategy to attract people to go there. When I go to IKEA, i will buy some food and buy the cheap stuffs like the rollers.
