1. frustrating= 烦躁的
ex: this is a frustrating job, I can’t communicate with my manager.

2. congee= 粥
ex: I eat congee for breakfast every morning.

3. bonus= 奖金
year end bonus= 年终奖

I was not good this week. I didn’t get much salary for last month because I’m a trader, I only had small orders. Last Wednesday, I went to HaiNing city to take my customer to visit our factory. He didn’t show up . I was so angry. My boss and my manager were also very angry with me, because I wasted their time. I waited at the factory for about one hour, I called him again, he told me to wait for him for two hours. I’m worrying about my year end bonus. The bonus is based on our order, we calculate the bonus, we may got 10,000 yuan. I don’t think my boss can offer us so much. All my colleagues want to resign, we don’t trust our boss and managers. They always cheat us and they don’t have good relationship with our boss. I think my manager’s EQ is quite low.
