ex: if you question my intentions in this relationship, then we should just break up.

Today I just fire designers, she is working in probation. When I decided to hire her to join us, I feel her attitude is very good. When she working for several weeks, her ability is not good enough, because she is a careless and doing something very slow. It make us have to change plan, so I have to fire her. Tomorrow we will have a new designer also on probation. I will sign contract during the probation, my friend told me during this period of time, if you do this things after probation, it’s not follow the regular in China.

Today I just fired a designer, she was on probation. working in probation. When I decided to hire her to join us, I think she has a good working attitude.  her attitude is very good. After working for several weeks, her ability is not good enough/ she didn’t work up to my expectation, because she is a careless and doing something very slow. We are forced to change our change plan, so I have to fire her. Tomorrow we will have a new designer on probation. I will sign contract during the probation, my friend told me that you must sign the contract after the probation, it’s the standard protocol in China.
