1.OT (overtime) =加班
ex: I did OT tonight for one hour.
ex: I have to do OT everyday.

2. available =有空档
ex: when would you be available next week?
ex: Please let me know of your availability for the coming month?

3. hesitate (verb)= 犹豫
ex: Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions

4. proposal= 提议书

5. quotation= 报价单

6. roommate =室友
ex: I don’t like to have a roommate, because I don’t like to live with random people.

7. inconvenient (adj)= 不方便
ex: It’s very inconvenient to live with a roommate.

8. practice (verb)= 练习
ex: I should practice my oral English more.

business writing: you have to be polite and humble but firm
