crunchy: food that makes a firm, loud noise when you bite 脆的

eg. Fried chicken is very crunchy and delicious.

sauce: 调味料

eg. I don’t like Korean fried chicken because the sauce is wet and sticky.

represent: to be a symbol of something 表示；象征；代表

eg. There are too many dishes that can represent Chinese cuisine.

eg. Which industry will represent the next decade?

savoury: food that is not sweet

Indian – people/food/culture

India – country

sour: 酸

stew: 炖

eg. I love having beef stew during the cold wet season.

eg. Which fast-food chain do you like – McDonald’s or KFC?

midnight snack: 宵夜

eg. Having a midnight snack before you sleep is a must!
