refurbish: to make a building look new again 装修, 整修
eg. The developers refurbished the house inside and out.
permanent: lasting for a long time or forever 长久的
eg. She is looking for a permanent place to stay.

onsite: in the place where people work, rather than somewhere else
eg. Our employees live onsite.
eg. We make our bread onsite.
transfer: to move someone or something from one place to another 搬;转移
eg. We were transferred from one bus into another.
transport: the movement of people or goods from one place to another 运输,运送,输送
eg. The company will arrange transport from the airport.
flavour: taste of food
flour: 面粉
hire: to pay someone to do a job
turnover: the rate at which employees leave a company and are replaced by new people 人员流动率
eg. They’ve had a lot of turnover at the factory recently
eg. The large number of temporary contracts resulted in a high turnover of staff.
