superstitions 迷信: a belief or way of behaving that is based on fear of the unknown etc.

eg. It is a common superstition that a black cat crossing your path is bad luck.

celebrity: a person who is famous

deal breaker: something that is important enough to you to prevent you from agreeing to something, buying something etc.

eg. It would be a deal breaker for me if my partner believes in Chinese medicine.

judge: to form an opinion about (something or someone) after careful thought

eg. You should not judge people by their appearance.

irreversible damage不可逆转的损害: harm that cannot be undone

eg. Tony told his colleagues that if they drink this medicine it will cause irreversible damage in the long-term.

symbolises: to be a symbol of something

eg. The lion symbolises strength.
