Keep fitness
My shoulder was injured last year.
When I stretched my arm behind my back, I heard a sound form my shoulder.
I try to hot compress my shoulder and some yuga, rest and recover that in six months,
I think it’s batter.
Getting start work out at home, jump rope, push up, crunch.
This year I set a goal challenge continuous thirty push up in 1 minutes, it’s a NYFD fireman minimum requirement.

Revised:

Keep fit
My shoulder was injured last year.
When I pulled my arm behind my back, I heard a sound from my shoulder.
I try to put a  hot compress on my shoulder and do some yoga, take a rest and recover in six months,
I think it’s better now.
Get started with working out at home, do some jump rope, push ups and crunches.
This year I set a goal to challenge myself to do thirty continuous push ups in 1 minute, it’s a NYFD fireman minimum requirement.

Read more books
This is always a goal on my list, reading is something that lightens me up.
Novels, about management, history and business are all Chinese books. Maybe I can read some English books this year.

Wake up earlier
I am always amazed by people who get up at 5am.
I always turn it off and go back to sleep on working days.
My bedtime is around 1130pm and I’m generally up by 7am.
But when I have an appointment for Golf, I can wake up at even 3AM.
I’m thinking of challenging myself to waking up at 6am for a month.

Learning English
I realize it’s more of a lifelong goal/aim.
Practice every day for 10 to 30 minutes.
Open my mouth and speak out loud, it’s helpful to becoming fluent.
Maintain and update my vocabulary list on Excel.
Note the phrases, sentences and uses by searching online, it’s a lot of work.
