Conversation Topic: What is the difference between negative and positive stress?

Original Version:

In my opinion, positive stress makes me more challengeable person. If I don’t get the stress, I just stay at home because I am a lazy person. So that’s why I am here.

Negative stress makes me frustrated so I don’t want to do anything, that kind of stress is not good. Maybe my boss always tells me, I work hard but she always saying I need more information. She never gives me congratulates me/positive feedback.. She always wants more and more. My spirit disappear. She is eating my spirit.—-> She sucks out my positive energy… We work together but we never synergy. For 7 years I have worked with her and she has been my boss.

Actually, I wanted to come to Shanghai to move on without her but eventually my company sent us here together…. No, that is ridiculous! Timing is not good. So my colleagues have told me that you and your boss are bad destiny / destined to be stuck together. So I want to go back at the end of this year but I am nervous.

I can’t escape my destiny of working for her. If she was a man, I feel like we would have to be married. I have fought with her for 4 times. Four years ago, our relationship was so-so, but 3 years ago our relationship was getting worse. That time our relationship was the worst. She didn’t want to let me go to Shanghai but eventually we came here together.
