We are a foreign company and most of our managers are from abroad. We now want to switch to a Chinese leadership for our organization in China. How can you help with that?

It’s my strength, I have experience in forming leadership. First, I have some clear standards before I recruit people.

● The complementarity of leadership
● Similar position experience and industry experience
I prefer headhunting and internal recommendation in the recruitment method.
The former, it has more friend sourcing. The latter, knowing ourselves and being able to adapt and integrate into the team faster, reducing friction.
Finally, identify incentives and responsibilities to mobilize the enthusiasm and potential of leadership.

” The problem is, too many employees are leaving the company. For some unknown reasons, it is not working out between the administration and the employees. Therefore, we need to have a conversation with management to discuss what is happening and how things can be changed. I would like to work at a company that takes care of its’ employees. Is this company doing this, or are they taking advantage of its employees?” …. People are leaving and we want people to stay, how can we do this ?

2 – Our company currently has a problem. Our employee turnover is much higher than the industry’s average. What would you do to help to solve the problem?

Short Answer : to keep our employees within the company. To keep the labor cost down and maintain a well- trained staff. 

First I will analyze the problem and find the root. Then I will improve in various ways:

  1. We can improve company culture, create sense of attachment for employees. The working environment could also be improved. 

2. We can also change company regulations and rules in order to help new employees have a better sense of career development. 

3. According to different to employees skills, responsibilities, and their desired role in the company, we can offer them specific career path.
