Vocabulary
I heard it on the grapevine – to hear news indirectly

Skirt 裙子

I usually wear a skirt with a blouse
Coat – longer
I wear a down coat when it’s really cold
Jacket
Today I’m wearing a down jacket
Pronunciation
Denim – de nim (avoid saying ‘de min)
Green – remember the /n/ at the end
Grey – same vowel as ‘pay’ and ‘say’
Sneakers – use a long vowel. If you say a short vowel, it means ‘chocolate’ (snickers)
Wore – round mouth for the /o/ like the sound in ‘floor’ and ‘door’
