Writing exercise

Today, I am looking to talk about one training course – influencing without authority which I developed in last year. This training helps managers to influence their subordinators by emotional quotient rather than position power which is really useful for managers to manage the new generations who have strong personalities.

Firstly, managers need to distinguish their personality and coach them by suitable methods. Surely, the experienced managers are able to distinguish based on employee’s behaviors during their daily observation, but for some new promoted manager, it’s not a easy thing. So we provide a tool which can help manager to distinguish employees’ personality in a quick way.

Secondly, managers should focus on the emotional needs of employees. we provide another tools for managers to analyze the real needs behind their behaviors. The tool named PIN which is comprised by Position; Interest; Need. we usually deeply discuss the relationship among the three words.

Firstly, I’d like to wish you all a Happy New Year in advance. On the last week of the Year of the Dog, we would like to kick off the 2019 MT recruiting program and hope we can receive a sufficient number of resumes during the Spring Festival period.

Job Post & Resume Screening

For this year, we will not use Yingjiesheng Homepage AD & Ajinga platform. Instead, DHR needs to publish the job post as a general post on 51job, yingjiesheng, zhilian, etc. by Jan 30.

As well as this, the resumes need to be filtered manually based on their educational background, working experience and other local requirements.

WeChat Post

L&D team will prepare the WeChat post, which will be published on Feb 1, please provide the QR code for job application by Jan 31 which we will combine into the WeChat post.

Assessment

L&D will arrange assessment for all candidates which join the GDP program. The result of the assessment can be used in the final interview as an important reference.
