Dear All,
In order to motived our sales people, we did some supporting programs for different types of counters. Here attached the PPT for your reference and the key points of these new programs has been written as following.
For the new counters which open in this year:
According to the city tier of the counter opened, the BAs who work in that counter can get another “new open counter allowance”.
Tier one: 2000
Tier two: 1500
Tier three: 1000
They have a achievement incentive. Counter achievement >=80%, 500 RMB
Counter achievement >=90%, 1000 RMB
Counter achievement >=100%, 1500 RMB
*These counters don’t have the counter achieve allowance as others.

For these counters which opened in one year, they have a achievement incentive as new open counters.
Counter achievement >=80%, 500 RMB
Counter achievement >=90%, 1000 RMB
Counter achievement >=100%, 1500 RMB
*These counters don’t have the counter achieve allowance as others.

For the low sales counters:
Sales managers can design a KPI for their bonus. If BAs who work in these low sales counters can arrival the KPI, they can get the bonus. The cardinal number of the KPI bonus is 1500.

For the counters which have a challenge target, if they can achieve the challenge one, they can deduct 4 percentage from the amount which challenge target subtract original one.

For other counters, if they don’t achieve monthly target, but every quarter, they achieve YTD target, they can get the commissions which they didn’t get by month.
