I think big or small they have different advantage. In big company you have whole process to guideline you. But at little company you need your knowledge or ability to develop or setup things. I think in small company you have close relationship with your coworkers. cross function teams lets you work with coworkers more. In my last company, he told me you should correct it. We have clear company vision so everyone work hard and move everything to one direction. Our office is public area, we have free coffee, tea, cola. You can have a rest at lunch time our office provide some simple bed.

Time is fast, and today is Thursday
I read an article about “1 in 4 Americans Have Not Visited Famous US Places”, I think a lot after that.
In China, there are many iconic landmarks those are worth visiting for us. Actually I didn’t been many famous places in my country, since when I have time but no money, or when I have money but no time. Talk to then, I found a strange phenomenon many people like travel to abroad with much money, and the quality of trip is not high with redeye flights, but they seem forget there are many sights around them, it takes a short distance with less money. This is worth deeply studying social phenomenon.
For me, I didn’t go outside when we are in holiday since there are many people in evey sights no matter when, and I didn’t like walk with crowd people. hahaha

It’s a smart plan that is trip plan be start from our closed sights.

Actually, I didn’t haven’t been to many famous places in my country, because when I have time, I have no money, or when I have money, I have no time. This is deeply worth studying the social phenomenon.
