In 2003, my uncle asked me to his restaurant. He wants to help me improve my manager skill in restaurant. So he let me into the kitchen, he ask some old people to teach me how to cut something, cut something, and cook something. We also have a key point in the kitchen because the kitchen can control the profit for the boss. Like not turning off the light, or machine, or cutting to much food. Because in the restaurant the salary and cost of rent, they are always constant. So if you can control the gross profit rate very well, then you can get more profit. In this time, I a an ignorant person, I always use my own opinion to organize some marketing activity. Every table can just pay 1 rmb to get a whole fish. My father is really angry when he knows this activity. The result for this, is the profit is really bad in this month. So this is a really useful experience for me.
