I can’t stick to exercise. Always there a lot of work disturb my plan. Like I plan swimming this morning at 7am. But I played video games to late last night. So I can’t get up on time. Tonight I will go my grandmother’s home. But I can do jogging after I’m back from my grandma’s house. The swimming pool is closed at 9 o’clock in the evening. I try not to eat meet, last night I only ate wonton. The food sold outside doesn’t have many vegetables. If I want to eat vegetables, I should cook for myself or go to my parents home.
