Vocabulary

Acumen – being able to quickly make good decision under pressure or stress

Orchestrated – to plan and carry out something (often bad or evil)

Skirmish – a fight between two sides that goes back and forth until there is a winner

Shrapnel – a piece of metal that flies through the air after an explosion (bomb, rocket, grenade, etc)

Weaponry – a group of weapons

Crude – natural form; not made perfectly and still might have some imperfections

Comatose – being in a state with no body function/movement

Pitted – put people/animal against each other
eg. It is illegal to have animals pitted against each other for money

Usurped – to steal someones identity or life

Illuminati – a secret group of people that use their intelligence and vast wealth to control and shape the world

Deceive – mislead or lie to someone

Clutches – to hold in your hand or close your hand around it
eg. He escaped my clutches again

Impostor – someone that steals another identity and tries to live their life

Compromised – some kind of damage has happened or some secret information has escaped
eg. The boat hull has been compromised with a large hole by a rocket.

Tenure – protect from being fired from your job from small things. Only illegal activities or extreme behavior can have you fired.

Belligerent – hostile or aggressive

Benign – gentle, kind

Dissolution – the end of a team, group, company, organization. People go their own way.

Smeared – reputation is damaged
