Use a thesaurus to expand the vocab of the passage below.

Mr. Green wants his students to work together/cooperate on a project. Anthony, Brian, and Carol are all in one group. Anthony is lazy and doesnā€™t do anything. Brian and Carol have to take the entire workload on their own, so they are unable finish everything. Mr. Green gets upset, so Brian and Carol tell him that Anthony didnā€™t do anything, and he gives them one more day to finish.

Good afternoon
Today I listened a news that is Robots bring the changes to construction industry, it shows the robot development and itā€™s affecting human activities. For some operational industry, the work environment is very tough with big noise and dirty, and the current operator is growing older and closing to retire, few young people is willing to work in this kind situation. Itā€™s hard for employer to hire new people ensure the worker stably now.
For some repeated process from some industries, they started to use the robot to replace human do it, itā€™s only improve the efficiency, but also ensure product quality consistence. For people management, the employer is easy to manage robots since they are controlled by system, no complex emotions.
