Hello Jacob
Greetings from your student, Candy Huang
Thanks for your sharing about Autistic disease in class first. For my homework, I special payed attention to my close friend and family to find them whether have some nervous habits.
My son, when he was a young, he must touch the pillowcase angle when he went to sleep, or else he cried and donā€™t sleep. I donā€™t know what reason is. As I know there are many children have similar situation when they are young, someone is reply on toy baby, someone is reply on a ropeā€¦. Maybe theyā€™re seeking safety.
Now we found my son has another bad habit that he often paly his collar without any sense when he was in thinking. yesterday I talked with him that this action is not good habit, you should try to correct it, he said he canā€™t control it. His clothes collar all are broken and dirty. We just do remind his once we found
another case: My friend likes biting her lips when she felt nervous, she told me the pain can distraction her nervous. I am not sure this way is good or not, please advise.

Thanks
