Your daily work can be divided into three parts, HRIS and Payroll, Share Service and C&B.
HRIS & Payroll part
Maintain employees’ information of sales & supply chain in SAP system in a timely manner to ensure the data accurate.
Responsible for monthly sales and supply chain’s payroll and social benefits, after payroll outsourcing, cooperate with vendor to ensure the accuracy of payroll and social benefit in a timely manner.
Calculate about 2000 third-party sales employees’ monthly sales incentives and full time employees’ quarterly sales incentives.
Prepare and analyze the monthly payroll report and withholdings.
Support on internal / external audits as required.
Share Service Part
