Vocabulary
Oriental Pearl – something considered to be very beautiful in Asia (also a building in Shanghai)
The Orient – Asia (East word which is connected to Asia based on Western geography)

Shellfish – something from the sea with a shell
Sail boat –
Sails – are the white part that use the wind to move like the above photo
Cruise ship – a large boat that takes people on a trip
Cruise – to travel on a voyage (boat, plane, spaceship)
eg. The boat cruised down the river for hours.
eg. The airplanes cruising speed is 750km/hr.
Cruise control – a function on a car that allows it to go the same speed without controlling it
Loan shark – someone who is often willing to lend anyone money with high interest rates
Interest rate – how money extra money you need to repay on a loan
Collateral – the valuable things you have the you can offer the bank if you can’t pay your loan
eg. I used my house as collateral to get a bank loan.
Gambling problem – can’t stop gambling and always lose money.
eg. If you have a gambling problem, you can’t stop until you lose.
Utilities – things you use at your house like (water, electricity, gas)
