Vocabulary

Charger – used to give your laptop/phone battery more energy

王子 －Prince

Local tastes – what the locals like to eat/drink/do/etc

Consumer demands – what people want
eg. Chinese consumer demands are for Starbucks ice cream, not coffee.

Mimic – Chinese like to mimic western customs.

Endorse – accept something is okay or your own
eg. Do you think that Chinese tea drinkers are trying to not endorse western customer.

Roasting – to cook something slowly by applying head
eg. I like roasting my own coffee beans because I like dark roast (cooking for a longer time)

Barista – someone that makes or prepares coffee

Some logic to the madness – the craziness makes some sense
eg. Studying a degree to make coffee might make sense because their coffee is better than others.
