Vocabulary

Elevation – how high something is (the height)

Steep – a very high angle

Feminine – something connected to being girly
Masculine – something connected to being manly

Short temper – becomes mad very easily (can’t say long temper as the opposite)
eg. My son has a short temper and easily gets angry

Temper tantrum – when a child loses his temper and becomes extremely angry and does violent things

Get out of jail free card – able to not get in trouble for something one time.

Resume/CV – a piece of paper with all your information

Jeopardize – to be something at risk
eg. I don’t want to Jeopardize others futures.

Combination – thinks put or used together (in a restaurant we say ‘combo’)
eg. I want combo number 3.

Appetite – how much you can eat or how hungry you are
eg. I have such a big appetite, I could eat a horse.

Has high percentage to be right –> Is often right/correct
Statistics show its often right (statistics connects it to numbers or the percentage)
