Brainstorm some of your ideas for how you will tackle the second half of the year.

Vocabulary

Doping – to use drugs to be better at a sport

Susceptible – to be more easily affected by something
eg. People are more susceptible to allergies in the Spring because flowers bloom

Defensive – to play safe and try to protect something
Passive – to not be very defensive or aggressive
Aggressive – to be risky and try to score goals

Riot – people go into the streets to protest, destroy things, and often fight with police
eg, In Germany, they rioted after Korea beat them in FIFA.

Middle ground – in the middle of something, same as average (between good and bad)
eg. Nicolas Cage’s movies have no middle ground, they are either really good or really bad.

Pharmaceuticals – drugs
Pharmaceutical company – a company that produces medicines and drugs

Pollen – something inside of flowers that many people are allergic to

Tackle – to run at and hit something; how you will handle something
eg. I got a new project and can’t wait to tackle it.

Grammar

Chinese like to take selfies the most

Massive amounts of their fans / a massive group of their fans

delivered to a wide consumer base 

I’ll have no campaign and my client will feel stressed too (too=as well; so you should say the first person is stressed and then the second person is too)
