Vocabulary

Face mask – something that protects your mouth and nose from germs/pollution

Collaborate – all parties work together (similar with cooperate)
eg. My company is collaborating on a project to make a new product.

Cooperate – means at least one side helps the other (doesn’t mean both sides help each other)

Partners – 2+ parties that cooperate together
eg. Me and my partners always cooperate together on projects.

Rectify vs solve
eg. Solve means to fix a problem
eg. Rectify means to fix it and make sure it doesn’t happen again and the customer knows you understand how big a problem it caused.

Extroverted [Ex-tro-ver-tid]- a person with an outward personality and can easily talk with others (open person)
Introverted  [Intro-ver-tid] – an inward personality that prefers to be alone rather then talk with others (closed person)

Grammar

they/he/she/them/there/it/the/that/this–> words with no meaning and absorb the previous meaning

They – I just saw Jacob and Philip, they were chatting.
Them – I saw Jacob and Philip, but I didn’t have time to talk to them.
