Vocabulary

Pool/billiards – a game with 15 coloured balls and a white ball. Use the stick (cue) to hit the white ball and get the other balls in the pockets.

Bowling – a game to throw towards the pin
Bowling alley – a place to go bowling
Alley – a narrow space between buildings

Intimidate – a fear created from feeling lower than someone.
eg.

Heights – high location
eg. Jacob is scared of heights.

Conquer – to successfully beat something
eg. After climbing 2 big mountains, I finally conquered my fear.

Faint – to pass out/fall asleep from fear of something

Poisonous – something that kill you if it gets inside of you
eg. Australia has lots of poisonous animals and if they bite you, you can die.

Instinct – a natural feeling or thing we do
eg. fear is a natural instinct.
