Hungary- Xiongyali

Manners- The kind of behavior that shows whether you are polite or not, how you act in public.

e.g. When I was young, my mother would always get angry if I showed bad manners like not saying thank you.

Burp- Kind of like a cough, when you have too much air in your stomach.

e.g. In America, it’s considered rude to burp in public.

Perspective- What someone thinks of something, their point of view.

e.g. When the homeless person shared their story with me, they really changed my perspective on life.

Put yourself in (someone’s shoes)- When we try to think of things from someone else’s perspective or point of view.

e.g. You have to put yourself in someone’s shoes before you judge them.
