Vocabulary

Pampered- When you indulge in a luxurious experience or do something to destress yourself.

e.g. My week has been horrible, let’s go pamper ourselves/let’s go get pampered at the spa.

Retreat- Can be used as a verb to mean running away from something or as a noun meaning a company retreat where they bring everyone somewhere to relax.

e.g. This year’s company retreat will be in Sanya Hainan.

Last week I took a holiday in Vietnam, I went to Danang, Hoi-An, and the beachside of Vietnam. So we treated from lying down on the sunbed and swimming, doing nothing, it was kind of lazy traveling. One of the surprising things of Vietnam is that the traveler were 90% of Korean. And I think it’s because there are a lot of korean airline operate flight from Korea to Vietnam. Plus, among Korean, Vietnam is notable for the budget travel destination. Food accommodation everything was very cheap. We visited ancient town which is famous for lanterns, Danang we mostly had sightseeing, and visited some monuments, some bridge named dragon bridge across the han liver. One of impressive things in Danang.

We took the opportunity to rest and recharge ourselves, so we basically did nothing else than lying down on the sunbed and swimming. It was a kind of lazy traveling. One of the surprising things of Vietnam is that the travelers were 90% of Korean. And I think it’s because there are a lot of Korean airlines operating flights from Korea to Vietnam. Plus, among Koreans, Vietnam is known as a budget travel destination. Food and accommodations were very cheap. We visited an ancient town which is famous for lanterns.
