Writing exercise

Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m writing to talk about my hobbies. I like reading books because there are a lot of intersting things in books. Before I didn’t like reading books and It was hard for me to focus on books when I was young. Now I enjoy reading novels because I can “experience ” different lives by reading. One of my hobbies is travel.Travel has been an important part of my life since my college and I would travel on holiday with my friends. I prefer to mountain senery, which makes me forget my troubles. As for what is my favourite hobby,I think that traveling is the best one.Going to different places and making friends with strangers is extremely amazing.
