Increase –  上 , to become/make something larger or greater.

E.g – There was a slight increase in taxi fares last week.

Decrease – 下, to become/make something smaller or less.

E.g – I haven’t seen any decrease in flight tickets.

Investor – 投资人， a person that puts money into a business in order to make profit.

E.g – Many investors are jobless at the moment.

Property – 财产， land/buildings

E.g – Last month, I manage to buy my first property.

All over the world – 全世界， around the world.

E.g – My dream is to travel all over the world.

Within China – 国内，inside China.

E.g – My job requires me to travel within China.

Deposit – 押金， an amount of money paid into an account.

E.g – In order to open an account, I need to pay a certain amount of deposit.
