I think my favorite place in Hong Kong is Sheung Wan. Fewer travelers and more residents are there, therefore, instead of chain stores, I can taste original delicacies from chefs who has been lived there for tens of years. Each time I fly to Hong Kong, I must eat noodles with sirloin, porridge with pork liver, milk tea, lemon tea, claypot rice and so on. Among these delicious local cuisines, I like porridge with pork liver best. Whatever the weather was and wherever I lived, I absolutely went to Sheung Wan to order a bowl of porridge and a cup of tea milk in a small shop named Sang Kee Congee. Sometimes, I just enjoyed my breakfast on my own, but sometimes, I chatted with residents nearby. In my mind, most of them are kind, hospitable. Furthermore, I can find various similar porridges, but I haven’t had more tender pork liver yet in Shanghai.
