1. Why do you want to leave your position at China Eastern Airlines?

Because now I don’t have good life and work balance. It is kind of overbalanced. I want to have my life at the same time I can work hard.

I have also learned how to manage difficult passengers. Last flight, I encountered a passenger who wanted to put his medicine in our fridge, but company policy does not allow customers to put personal items in the plane fridge. He asked to speak to the manager, but the manager was too busy. I then prepared a bag of ice for the customer and showed him the company policy and explained why we could not put his medicine in the fridge. He thanked me for offering this solution.

I have learned to put the needs of the crew ahead of my own. For example, some of my colleagues were unable to eat their meals because they spilled it on the floor and I shared my with them to make sure that they had enough fuel to perform their jobs well.
