1. You should Keep warm and don’t drink ice during your period because ice water causes pain.
2. You should take a good rest because overwork lengthens your period-time.
3. You should not eat spicy food or drink wine when you are on your period because they will make your cramps feels painful.
4. You should not do exercise when you are on your period especially you just start your period.
5. You will get a lot of mood swings when you are on your period. Please try to be happy !
