I used to be a advertising execution in our company. When I got a execution brief of the coming campaign, I always said “There are many things to think about it, what did plannings do, they do nothing.””what? They want to change the media again which the ads were on air? Why they didn’t talked with clients before they make a decision? It’s too hard to communicate with TV station. oh~ the spots on the drama channel can’t be booked.”and so on sentences.

But when I came to be a planning, I think I am wrong. Every position have it’s own function. The execution is the most simple work in the advertising agency. Because there is someone had did good matting in every process, you just follow up the next project going. I am so stupid!

But when I came to be a planning team member, I realized I was wrong. Every position has its own function. The execution is the simplest work in the advertising agency because someone already did good planning with every process, the execution team just follows up with the next step project. I was so wrong! / What a fool I was! / I was such a fool!
