Yesterday while we were eating dinner, the lights in our apartment turned off.
Yesterday, during dinner with my husband the lights turned off in our apartment.

We looked to/out the window if it was a general problem in the neighborhood or only us, in conclusion it was general. I lit candles and finished dinner by candlelight, so romantic but not really because I couldn’t see what I was eating/ate very well. The lights came back after 30 minutes but it happened again but longer. This time it was for 2 hours so we found something to do/something to occupy the time where we didn’t need light. Without electricity the air conditioner didn’t work so we couldn’t sleep because it was too warm.
