The posterior side of my right knee may feel fascial adhesion, the right side of the lotus pose is very painful, also can not complete the Marichyasana D. When I do Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana, my nose cannot touch the right leg. Every time I try to straighten my right leg, it always hurts.vAnd my right hand is not going to be able to straighten it all out. Anyway, my whole right side is a little bit weak. About a decade ago, I lost consciousness on the entire right side of my neck because of cervical vertebra. I used Chinese medicine for two weeks and gradually recovered. But from this point on the right, it’s not very flexible.

The back side of my right knee sometimes feels pain, it feels tight. For example, my right leg in lotus pose is very painful, also I cannot complete the Marichyasana D. When I do Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana, my nose cannot touch my right leg. Every time I try to straighten my right leg, it always hurts.

Also, my right arm is not able to straighten out all the way. Sometimes I cannot do a beautiful back bend. Once, I fell on the floor because of my arm.

Actually, my whole right side is a little bit weak. Sometimes, when I wake up at night to go to the bathroom, I cannot feel the right side of my body. About a decade ago, I lost feeling on the entire right side of my neck because of a cervical vertebra. At that time, I was working at least 18 hours a day in an office looking down at my computer.  I took Chinese medicine for two weeks and gradually recovered. Now, my right side is better but still not very flexible.

My last pose is kapotasana which I have been working on for 3 weeks. I can touch feet but I cannot stand up yet. I feel the most pain in the middle of my back. I think I need more strength and power in my thighs(upper legs).
