in the HR field or industry / in HR

Writing exercise

Six years ago, I started to work in the HR field, and I think it’s an interesting job. To me, talent is the core competition of a company. This year, I tried to understand how to fulfill the firm’s expectation of talent acquisition, analyze what type of people can maximize the value, and how to search these people. In my work, I will learn company’s culture, job duty, organize development planning, I am interested in all of these things. In the process of interview, I will observe/discover the candidate to know his potential motivation for the job, his expectations for the position. I will analyze the strength and the weakness of people with different backgrounds. Also, I will evaluate the proportion of the staff cost within the company, and get to know the logistics of staff cost and salary organization. Most importantly, I will understand the company’s operation through the stand point of HR to assist the company to attract talents, I am very interested in the new position, I hope this will bring me a new scope in the HR field and a chance to learn.

I think Bayer is kind of company that everyone would love to join, I feel it will be plenty/full of opportunities to develop and to become a greater talent acquisition.

Sometimes, I’m overly persistent, like I couldn’t stop thinking things ,if I didn’t figure it out.

Usually, I prefer work overtime to finish the job rather than leaving them to tomorrow

During my experiences, I tried to understand how to fulfill the firm’s talent acquisition expectations, analyze what type of person can maximize the company’s value, and how to search for these people.

In my work, I am continually learning my company’s culture, job duties, and organizing development planning because I find this fulfilling / interesting. In the interview process, I will observe the candidate to discover their potential motivation for the job and their expectations for the position. I will analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their different backgrounds. Also, I will evaluate the proportion of the staff cost within the company while simultaneously learning the logistics of staff cost and salary organization. Most importantly, I understand the company’s operations through the stand point of HR to assist the company to attract talent, I am extremely interested in the new position, I hope this will bring me a new scope and many learning opportunities for me to advance my career in HR.

I think Bayer is the kind of company that everyone would love to join, I feel there will be plenty of opportunities to develop and to become a greater talent acquisition.

One thing that I need to improve on is  sometimes, I’m over analyze like when don’t figure sth out, I think about it on the metro home and even late at night when I’m in bed and can’t sleep.

Usually, I prefer  to work overtime to finish the job rather than leaving it for tomorrow.
