I had a yoga training. I felt it’s normal class. The first class, the American teacher, she’s Kino. The first class the teacher taught us normal class. It was not different with another teacher, the class. On Sunday morning the class I felt it’s better than the first class because she told us how to a different yoga pose like bend back. My bend back for me is so hard, my lower back feel a little bit hard because yesterday I practiced 1 pose I need to bend my knees and elbows catch my ankle so it’s ok… From camel pose deeply so I must bend your elbows… Yesterday so hard, Today little bit hard.

One night, I had a dream about I accidentally fell into a big hole. I was scary that the hole was really dark and it was too long. In my dream, I couldn’t walk to outside. So I would try my best to find something to make a fire to see around. At last, I finally I saw clearly. I stood on the moon what a surprised. When I took a look, I saw a lot of different people that one body two heads .Some people has a couple of heterosexual heads, some people has a couple of homosexual heads,some people has a half of man and a half of woman. I really scared so I deliberately kept away from them.I walked a long time, but I didn’t find the exit which was endless and I stared cry. In the end, I woke up and I told my circle of friends about it.
