F2F Class Notes (Celeste) [S]***

Homework

Think about a story to tell and try to use: thick, thin, light, breathable, a great deal/heaps/loads/tons, concentrate/concentration, and so.

Speaking exercise

Try to use: where, every time, deal with,  faint/pass out.

Olivia has studied English for about 8/eight months. Her reading has been improved a lot because she reads her English books every evening. I find she is interested in English very much but there is a problem that she can’t focus on her English book when she is reading.  She just memorises what she learned. So, I try to use a pen to point at the book when she is reading that does work well. She will start to study how to spell and write easy words from next month. Olivia likes to go to the park where she can run here and there. This helps her deal with her energy. It’s very hot outside with bright sunshine we might be faint or pass out if we stay there for a long time.

So, I try to use a pen to point at the words on the pages when she is reading to make her follow along/focus/concentrate which works well.
