In China, we have 6 holiday every year. They are Lunar New Year, Qing Ming, in April we missed all the people who passed away, and Labor’s Festival, Duan Wu Festival, we eat zhongzi, Dragon Boat Festival, we usually take the dragon boat festival and eat zhongzi and in this month we will have the Mid Autumn Festival. The first October is our nation’s birthday. In China, people like holidays because in holiday people can travel, go back home, and celebrate the holiday with their family and in China some holidays has its culture meaning. So, in this holiday people always do some traditional activity. However, in recent year, people in China also like western holiday, like Christmas. I think one reason is that Christmas is link with new year, so it’s a long time for the people to celebrate enjoy the festival. I think in holiday the people like traveling, shopping, meet friends, so they can got some rest time except working time. In these holidays, I think I like Lunar New Year most because it’s the most important festival in China. Most people will go back home to celebrate this festival with their family but I have missed this festival for 2 years because I worked in the army. Each year’s Lunar New Year, I stayed in the army and guarded the country. But, I think in Chinese holiday many people will travel to some famous censories, so there are too many people on the city and the street. So I don’t like travel on holiday. I enjoy the rest time that spend with my family.
