Do you have any advice for beginner yoga students who are practicing sun salutations?

Sun salutations, for me or for another yogi is a warm-up spose. After we continue to practice the high level yoga pose. Sun salutations is useful to open your body. I advice is keep practicing for 3-6 months. I advise you every time to practice sun salutations for 20-30 minutes so that will help you to practice. I think you should find a yoga studio that will have a yoga teacher will tell you how to practice yoga because the beginner don’t know how to do it is right, how to do is wrong.

If you want to practice at home, you should go to the living room, you can move the coffee table maybe the chairs maybe the sofa. I advice you should watch the yoga video and play the yoga music. It’s help your mind relax.

After yoga, if you have a lot of sweat, don’t go to take shower and don’t eat soon, need one hour later. After yoga, don’t drink cold water, the better to drink warm water and need 1 hour later go to take a shower and to eat. If you want to lose weight, eat no more oil, not too sweet, it’s light food.
