There was a big change in our team, in our company, not only in our team. We have all the boss changed. We thought our manager, our team leader, will promoted to the director, but our big boss choosed another person to get promoted and then our manager get disappointed to our company and decided to leave. We just get this news yesterday, not from her, from our HR. I think this is really ridiculous. Herself was not in office. She was on her trip to Japan. We got the email from HR, we also disappointed about this handling and we need to vote/recommend one person from our team to replace vacancy. We have only one senior colleague who has worked for more than 6 years so we are thinking about her promotion but we yet notification/note from our upper line. They will choose one person from our team. And this noon, we had another team building in our company we heard another news from the other team that they will transfer other leader from other team. We again disappointed with this decision. Moreover, the one who we are thinking about the replacement is on her sick leave.
